The EURoma Network Management Committee, whose Technical Secretariat is carried out by FSG, will be held online on 14 and 15 October 2020. This first online meeting will deal with many relevant news as the new EC Strategic Framework for Roma Equality, Inclusion and Participation 2020-2030 and ESI Funds. That same week, on 12 October, the new EU Framework for Roma equality, inclusion and participation until 2030 will be publicly launched under the German Presidency of the EU in an online High-Level-Conference. Following this high-level event, we will hold our Management Committee split in two different days.
This online Management Meeting aims to shares impressions on the new EC Strategic Framework for Roma Equality, Inclusion and Participation 2020-2030 and the mobilisation of ESI Funds to address the negative impact of the COVID-19 on Roma population; review the state-of-play of the negotiations on the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework/EU Cohesion Funds Regulations; and promote and improve the effective inclusion of Roma in the programming of the 2021-2027 programmes.
We will present EURoma´s Checklist for the Effective Inclusion of Roma interventions within EU Cohesion Funds programming 2021-2027, a guiding document for departments responsible for programming EU Cohesion Funds in Member States and the EU.
